I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to utilize your NBN connection right away.
I can see that the installation was completed today. However, we detected a network fault that needs to be raised to NBNCo. Your case was already escalated to our Engineering Team earlier. As discussed with you by our Technical Team, you will be provided an update within 24 hours via SMS or phone call.

Having the similar issue as mentioned in the original post and replies by other users.
Calling support has been of no help. they said they get back to me, but haven't bothered to so far. a really frustrating experience.
The power and DSL LED are solid aswell as the 2.4g and 5g LED. The internet and DSL LED is NOT on.
Also all the lights are on on the nbn connection box too.
Getting status as disconnected for the pppoe_.... is "DSL Disabled". how do you enable it?
