Yep, same thing for me. The technician said when my ADSL connection ceased it would be a seamless transition to the NBN. From what I’m reading this takes a while - it would be nice if this was made clear from the beginning...I’ve been trying to troubleshoot the modem settings all evening. If you’re reading this mods can you please give me an update on my connection status?

I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to utilize your NBN connection right away.

 

I can see that the installation was completed today. However, we detected a network fault that needs to be raised to NBNCo. Your case was already escalated to our Engineering Team earlier. As discussed with you by our Technical Team, you will be provided an update within 24 hours via SMS or phone call.
