…continued. Yesterday I’ve been invited to message a helpful person who asked for account details. I did so, and they said they would send m details to escalation team. Previous prepaid has now expired, so incoming calls only.

Hi Basil,
I got a phone call asking about my sim not arriving. But I have the sim right here. They said they would escalate.
I am still getting “activation failed- try again later” . Phone not locked, using a different phone. I know I am typing to code correctly, because the wrong code has a different message.
