Hi,
Just wondering why I can't see the menu of 'Mobile usage' on my account any more ?
Do I have to log onto different account, which I have no idea if it actually exists, to see the real time mobile data usage on my phone ?
All I can see from the online account is 'Moved to Novus' and even can't see the menu in which I used to bar the mobile usage once I have used up 100% of the data.
Just downloaded the TPG app to my phone but it kept on saying 'incorrect ID or PW' when I got them all right.
What has been going on with TPG ?
My user ID for Mobile plan is '04XXXXXX'
