I have a question about the new T4G (small) Plan Upgrade.  I use Facebook Messager Chat, is it free to use this with the new plan or will I be charged?

Is there any discount for seniors. I got internet home phone and two mobile on tpg.
I like to upgrade the one on $1plan to $10 plan.Do you have any plan on $5 to $10
