Moved to Novus now I can’t check my call costs

I use my TPG mobiles primarily for voice calls. Myaccount previously listed each call, and their costs. I cant find this on Novus, as previously on Myaccount,  I need this for my work.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

There's a list for each call and their costs on the new Novus system.

 

On the CSMODE, you need to go to the Mobile usage and look for the Talk & Text tab.

The information should be listed there.

Hi Basil,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can see the calls made since I was moved by TPG to Novus this week,  But call records prior to that move are now not available. They have been deleted from the old platform, and not on the new one. There was no warning about this change and the ramifications.

Hi Stanturton,

 

The call records before should still be available when you log in using your old customer ID number.

 

You'll be able to see it along with the old invoices.
