Unable to receive calls

Every time someone tries to call me
It can’t be connected since I have the plan in April. I have tried a few times to get help by this services but not luck . Can someone help ? Thanks

Could you perhaps provide us with an alternate numberas well as your most convenient time to receive a call via private message  so we can organise a call back to be made from our Mobile support team?
