Urgent-Roaming activated but not receiving SMS

Hi tpg team
Need your urgent assistance.
I have activated international roaming. I can also see the network with R but i am not able to receive any SMS. It is very urgent if you can assist because my banking is stuck as i cannot receive OTPs.

Hi.. thanks for your reply. BasilDV from tpg community is assisting further.
Apparently every time a sim is reinserted the SMSes get blocked. Hoping to see the tpg mobile team resolve this permanently.
