Setting up Modem

Hi all,

We recently joined, and got the modem today.

I've followed all instructions. All the lights are working (that should be) but I'm still not connected. It keeps coming up with this page (see attachment).

I'm just not sure what's going on. Please help!

Hi @crystal161995

 

Our TPG modems are plug and play however there are instances that the automatic configuration may take longer. 

 

I have detected that the line is active and there is signal going to the modem but we may need to manually configure it so it can connect to our server for internet access.

  2. Press the Settings symbol.
  3. Press More.
  4. Press Mobile organizations.
  5. Press Network administrators and your telephone will look for networks.
