Sudden change to debit details -- unwanted!

TPG reps: Suddenly this month my TPG 79.99 standing arrangement with my bank was not debited. Looking at my TPG account I see it has been changed to credit card. I did not ask for that and I do not want it as if my elderly wife is left alone I do not want her hassled by credit card expiry dates. Who changed it and why? Change it back please!

This is similar to the 'expired certificate' issue that many have had. Both at once suggests that part of the TPG system was restored from out of date backups.

Incidentally the complaints email on TPG's page is not valid!

Now reached complaints and got very courteous service from Melissa. All will be fixed!

Hi @alanguide

We're sorry to learn about the inconvenience this has caused you.

Recent update on your account indicated that the issue is now resolved by the help of a Case Manager.

The expired certificate regarding emails is of different concern and should not affect your account information.
