Hello TPG, My tplink modem has been sitting in well ventilated area, but is now burning at the top with hot yellow on the modem cover. How do I get the modem replaced?

you would have setup a primary tpg email address with your account, you can log in with that email

great product when it works poor customer service - yes, and they are priced accordingly you will pay more for more customer service and the same internet speed that is basically why we are trapped with these people = cost $ if you find a better, faster, cheaper alternative please let me know

apparently one of their email servers is down, with no estimated fix time in spite of website showing no issue. I was on phone for 17 minutes with support.

Hello I cannot send to any email address @hardiagedcare.com.au - that worked about 3 months ago now. I have been in touch with TPG previously, and the hardi group, and still I cannot send emails from any TPG account to Hardi. See attached screen shot of setup and rejection email. I can send from gmail but not TPG????

Hello I have been a long time customer fully-paid of TPG, but for some reason lately the account shows I cannot create new email or alias email address. I have contacted the phone help line x 2 today (29 minutes + 12 minutes) on both occasions I have explained at lengthy the issue, only to have the phone hung up on me x 2 . If there is no online access to create new email addresses, and nobody to wants to help me on the phone - how on earth am I supposed to create new or slave email addresses??

Hello It works on tpg server email, but not my outlook which I use 100% of the time, and this error only started yesterday. Modem reset and password reset have not changed anything. Are you able to help please

Today I received an email account not being paid (which it is) and to update my details. The email is from westnet, is TPG using westnet for billing or is some spamming my tpg emails, yet again?

Hello As it is no longer accessible to change slave email account passwords online, how can I change the slave email account password?

Thank you I did, and they told me to change the password, and the website keeps repeating "surname requires a value" no matter how many times I fill it in and save it - so there is an error in the TPG Systems somewhere stopping my emails from sending, costing me money and time. It would be nice to have access to fast resolution, instead of multiple emails and chats on multiple sites to fix ONE problem

Task 'medwebdesign@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User medwebdesign@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse' The above error message is showing for all emails sent now. Yet 4 days ago it worked properly. Password correct, no other errors Your help community has many others with similar error and no way to fix Help please

Thanks Shane, I have done a little more investigation and I will need to get a peripheral router to install the VPN as NBN does not provide VPN routing.

OK I have been with TPG with about 15 years, great service. All of a sudden when I moved to NBN it all falls apart. Obviously the issue is NBN not TPG. Having said that, can someone please advise of the NBN costing structure. My download speed is about the same as it was with ADSL 2. How much faster can I get the speed on HFC NBN modem?
