Hi BasilDV, Hope you had a great holiday. Drop outs have occurred regularly again. Happened several times last night. Happened today a few times. A few times throughout the week as well. Last time the technician was out here, he said that there was nothing wrong from my end and that it was the HFC connection that is causing the dropouts. Do you know of any updates on the whether this issue will be resolved any time soon? Thanks,

Hi, I did a hard reset at around 3pm. Pressed and held the little button for over 10 seconds before all the LEDs turned off. Dropped out again at 8:18pm. Internet and Phone1 LED were off.

Hi Basil, Only switched it on and off. I didn't want to bother with reconfiguring everything again but I will try it tonight and monitor it. Will let you know in a couple of days. Thanks!

Hi Basil, Internet dropped out again at around 10:58pm. Came back on after a minute. The internet and Phone1 LED switched off during that time. What would you suggest?

Hi Ahra, Just adding, the internet was also going in and out this morning around 7:30. Internet LED was still on but streams would stop loading, cannot load other websites. Seems to be a pattern around this time and around 9pm.

Hi Ahra, Just the usual reset of the modem. There wasn't much I can do. The internet LED light would switch on and off. It happened again last night at 8:48pm but it regained after a minute or so. It is still annoying especially when gaming.

Hi TPG Support, My internet has been dropping in and out for the past 4 hours. Even after restarting the modem from the switch at the back and a hard reset, there are still constant drop outs. Can't load any pages at all. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Hi TPG, I currently have no internet at the moment. This has been going on for about 4 hours now. I have checked the Arris CM8200 box and the power and downstream lights are on. The upstream light is blinking. The online light is off. I have tried turning both the modem and router off for a few minutes. Reseeded all the cables. No luck at all. Is there anything else that I could try? Thanks,

Hi, I got an email from TPG saying that my NBN installation has been delayed until November but the NBN fiber has already been fed to the side of my house. I was wondering if I still have to wait until November to get NBN installed or if someone could come down early than November to install it? PS. I have already pre-ordered NBN and just waiting for the installation Thanks

Hey Tony, Thanks for the great advice! My laptop doesn't have an ethernet cable and I've tried DNS 8.8.8.8. The factory reset for the router worked! Thank you so much!

Dear All, In the morning I was able to access all websites freely on my computer which is plugged in using an Ethernet cable. I was able to access everything on my phone, laptop and smartTV. In the evening, I was no longer able to access most of the sites I have been using. I am only able to visit Facebook and YouTube, this is also evident on my phone and laptop which are connected through WiFi. I have tried turning off my router for more than 30 minutes. Changing my WiFi channel as well as changing the username and password for the WiFi but nothing seems to work. I have tried using my phone as a hotspot for my laptop and that was successful. My DNS is on auto, I have also tried manual but I’m not too sure what the address should be. Please provide me with some feedback to this problem. Thank you
