Hi @mnm, Depending on the make & model of the modem, these are the basic steps in setting up parental control: 1. Toggle on parental controls 2. Click Add. 3. The user should enter or scan the device name, MAC address of their device manually to add a device that is not connected. 4. Select the effective time period during which the restriction applies. 5. Afterward, you need to: Press ‘*’ Enter your mobile number starting with '04' Press ‘#’ Enter your voicemail security code Press ‘#’ Otherwise, you may try setting up your voice mail again. However, you are required to provide us at least 30 days notice and the service has to be paid up to the end of the notice period.
