Hi,
I have been using the TPG Home Wireless Broadband service for about 2 years.
Starting from about half a year ago, I have been experiencing internet dropouts occasionally (about a few times a month), and it is getting more frequent recently (could be up to 2-3 times a week). They could occur at any time of the day.
Reboot the modem could restore the internet service.
I am using TPG supplied modem hardware version VX420-G2h v2 00000000, and firmware version 2.0.0 0.9 v603c.0 Build 221114 Rel.39966n.
Can you please advise what seems to be the problem - the modem or the TPG services? How can I resolve this or get more advice for further troubleshooting?
