Reported fault not attended to for 2 weeks

Hi Team,

I live in NSW with an NBN connection, it used to work really well.

However about 2 weeks ago, it stopped working completely. The NBN box just decided to keep blinking its 2nd light non stop.

I did power cycle both the NBN box and my router, still no avail so I reported the fault to TPG.

2 weeks later, the issue is still there and I am not even getting a call or email from TPG or NBN.

Can one of the mods please help?

Is that FTTP? If so the 2nd light blinking green is perfectly normal.

Sorry let me re-iterate.
All other lights off.
Power light solid blue, 2nd light blinks blue for like 10 seconds. A click sound is heard, and the 2nd light starts blinking again.

Hi @hqia5893 . Did you had an electrical storm or heavy rain at that time? 
You could check that the telephone wall socket connection and connection to FTTC box is secure, and that cable is not damaged.
