Hi Angeli,

 

Thanks you so much for fixing this long pending issue.

 

 I confirm that we can make outgoing calls.

 

Please let me know the process to get the money credited back to our account for the period the outgoing calls were not working (July 2022). Fyi, every month we were changed $10 for OZ talk via direct debit and the last payment we deducted on 14th January 2022.
