My old modem broke recently, and I ordered a new one, which arrived today. I have setup the modem, changed the username and password to my own in the modem settings, however, the phone is still not working.
The phone has a dial tone, but when calling a number, it is silent momentarily, then it has a continuous beep. When calling the home number, it says the number is not in service.
