Not sure if this is the correct place for this query.
A number of times we answer our home phone/internet TPG bundle and the party on the other end (also TPG home phone.internet) bundle) end can hear us but we cannot hear them.
Sometimes takes 3-4 ring backs to get full service.
Some times we call them and get a message saying all lines are busy. Is this a fault with our service or the other TPG party?
Can supply phone numbers and addresses if required.
