I am not able to get help with TPG. I rang up support and they put me off. Very poor customer service. I now found out that I was correctly charged. I wasted a lot of my phone charges on calling TPG and not getting any customer service. There is no chat service.

The charge covers the cycle from 2020-11-14 to 2020-12-13.
