I am not able to get help with TPG.  I rang up support and they put me off.  Very poor customer service.  I now found out that I was correctly charged.  I wasted a lot of my phone charges on calling TPG and not getting any customer service. There is no chat service.

Thank you for raising this concern to us. 

 

I've managed to locate your account and checked the said charge.

 

The $90.16 is comprised of the following:

 

  • $69.99 - NBN monthly plan
  • $10.00 - OZ Talk
  • $10.17 - Mobile Prepayment

The charge covers the cycle from 2020-11-14 to 2020-12-13.
