Could you please check if I have the latest modem firmware? No option for private message on my (new) account.

Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

Just a question - is firmware only updated on request, or pushed out periodically?

Hi @wpeenzlamington,

For any major security updates our network engineers proactively upgrade the firmware of all our supplied modem/router remotely but for minor updates (when it becomes available) this will be applied to the modem by request.
