Can I please have my FTTB HG659 firmware upgraded to the the latest one? I have been having trouble to setup dmz and port forwarding. the curent version is V100R001C216B013

I can confirm that the modem/router has the lates firmware version. What are you trying to accomplish with DMZ and Port forwarding?

Can you confirm date and time are correct? Parental controls kicking in 2hrs early. Firmware upgrade would be appreciated to enable setting ntp server and timezone if possible.

Send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can request an upgrade for the modem's firmware.
