Our records show that you have contacted our Technical Team this morning because your modem only had a power light on. After attempts to revive, it was noted that your modem is no longer functioning. I can see that a modem replacement has been requested. You will be notified via SMS or phone call once the consignment details are available.

Hi,

 

I have had to restart my modem 3 times today, it seems to hang with all lights except Internet behaving normally, Internet light is off. I am unable to get to the management interface either.

 

Is it possible that a firmware update will fix this issue?

Hi @anmiller67,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

It appears to be a modem issue if the user interface of the modem becomes inaccessible on all devices that are connected to it. In most cases, a modem reset will do the trick. Nonetheless, I have requested for the modem's firmware to be upgraded to the latest version.

 

We'll let you know on this thread once the upgrade is completed.

Your modem's firmware has just been updated. We can see though that prior to the update, your modem was stable for at least 19 hours.
