Get online support

No internet light on modem

Just received my modem today and have plugged in.
Power, 2.4G & 5G lights are green but I have no internet light.
Any ideas?

Thanks Basil. I’ve checked the guides and completed all of the steps, however I still do not have an internet light. I’ve tried calling the helpline, however they are not available after 9pm.

Hi @ashleycollins1

 

The address (192.168.1.1) will only work if you are connected to the network (WiFi or Wired) of your router.

 

If you can't access the address via WiFi, then you may need to connect a computer directly to the NBN router (TP-Link).

Our Tech support will only be available between 9AM - 9PM on Weekends and Public holidays.
