The address (192.168.1.1) will only work if you are connected to the network (WiFi or Wired) of your router.
If you can't access the address via WiFi, then you may need to connect a computer directly to the NBN router (TP-Link).
Our Tech support will only be available between 9AM - 9PM on Weekends and Public holidays.
