TP-Link Archer VR1600v v2 firmware update

Hi,

The current firmware for the my Archer VR1600v v2 is as per the below:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190305 Rel.72906n

Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

 

The Wi-Fi stability and quality is not very good and I have to restart the modem quite often and even that does not solve the problem.

 

Can I please have the latest firmware pushed to my modem?

Firmware update has been requested expect it to be applied next week. On the other hand, we did an article that you may find helpful it will guide you on how perform tweaks on the modem/router's Wireless Settinsg to make it more stable.

It's been more than a week now, but I still haven't received the new firmware.

 

Could you please have a look at what is happening?

My modem is quite old firmware.

Firmware Version:1.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200826 Rel.77218n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

I want to get it updated with the latest firmware.

 

Not sure it will solve this below issue.

My issue is the 5GHz WiFi keeps dropping. I need to switch off and then on the power to restore the WiFi while the wired ethernet is fine with full speed.

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

 

Where can I download the newer firmware?

I found our VR 1600's firmware version became rel 32480n, which seems even older than earlier, and it's very unreliable now, couldn't use internet for work. Please help to fix it asap.
