Hi folks
When we moved over to TPG our bigpond email account stopped working. How do we get this reactivated?

You need to contact your previous provider in order to reactivate your Email address (If it's still possible).

If Telstra was your previous provider, they probably disabled your mailbox when you terminated your service. You would have to contact them.
