I would like to cancel my Nbn immediately and request a refund for my money which I payed for NBN that includes the set-up fee. After many phone calls with tpg about my need for a technician to install a NBN box, unfortunately they refuse to send one even after I have explained the issue that we dnt have one installed but they insist. At this point, I want to cancel my NBN service that I have not used and a refund for not getting nbn connection even after paying.
I would return the modem which I have received and its unused and I demand a refund for my service
