NBN Activation

Greetings,

I recently joined TPG to set up internet in my girlfriend's apartment. Speaking with a representative on the phone I was told that connection should be available once I set up the NBN modem through HFC as well as the wifi router, however the upload and download lights on the NBN modem are continuously flashing meaning I have no connection. On the TP-link wifi modem, I have the power, 2.4 and 5ghz, and the WAN lights but no internet light.

May I have a mod look in to whether my service has been activated or not?

Hi @karleedelaney,

 

First thing to check is if the service is already activated and you should receive an email stating this. You may also check the progress of the installation here: Installation Tracker

Otherwise,  PM us with the TPG Customer ID or username so we can check the status of the installation.
