Won’t activate sim

I do the online mobile sim activation for sim ordered, paid, and purchased weeks ago.
First verification works, but after
“Initiate SIM Card Activation”
I give the code, responds “authentication failed, try again later”. I try next day. Doesn’t work.
I call, person says sim is “pending”, they will call me when fixed.
More than one day, but no call.
Online, same results as before.

I'm having the exact same issue with porting my phone number when activating new prepaid SIM (step 4) i put in the correct code and it says failed try again later, if I put the wrong code it says wrong code so I know I'm not making a mistake and I double checked my number isn't locked to previous provider

Which is a slight difference.
