TPG have indeed received and confirmed all of my home details which confirm I am eligible for FTTP upgrade. These details were received in February of 2023. I have still not been notified when the upgrade will occur. Can TPG please advise whether it will be in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 ?? ... View more

I have registered interest with TPG in upgrading from FTTC to FTTP. When I contacted TPG call centre & sales to follow up - I was advised that TPG have not joined and are NOT participating in the free upgrade. Aussie Broadband have indicated I can join them as the internet provider and take up the the FTTP upgrade in approx 2 to 6 weeks.   Unless I get an update with upgrade confirmation from TPG by the end of next week I most likely will change over. ... I also have been waiting for TPG to reply and advise me when I can participate and upgrade from FTTC to FTTP. My last phone contact with TPG call centre indicates it will not be participating.   I have advised TPG that I will probably change provider to Aussie Broadband . There are also many other listed participating providers with NBN.  Can anyone with or at TPG explain or clarify this issue. ... View more
