Hi @wdscm09 , Could you send us a PM with your details to better understand the situation? also send us the error message when sending emails to the TPG email address so we can raise this with our postmaster for investigation. How to send a PM? Regards, TPG's email service is outstandingly poor. This warrants senior management attention as it is having a major impact on TPG's reputation. If email services don't work reliably, customers will have strong motivation to move away from TPG. TPG Filtering based on SPAM management requirements is causing legitimate incoming emails to be lost, to my TPG account and to TPG accounts that I send to. The worst example of this is TPG's ongoing failure to receive email from Gmail sources, seen for more that a year from late 2021. Please look at the trail of complaints above. I have had no problems sending from my Gmail account to other destinations, only to TPG accounts. In addition, emails from reliable sources such as NSW Government (eg receipt for my Electrician Licence) have not been delivered to my TPG account. I have been a TPG customer for decades, have previously recommended TPG to others, and am a TPG shareholder. Please fix your email filtering, as soon as possible, to protect TPG's business.

Only way to know of legitimate emails being blocked by TPG is via provision of regular logs of blocked emails, which TPG now provides following a complaint to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Hopefully it will lead to TPG fixing the problem, but in the meantime receiving regular/daily logs of the emails being blocking is the only way of knowing & chasing the emails not getting through.

@marbell I would suggest you change your TPG email password as a precaution, do a malware scan on your pc and other devices on your network. Get the email header of the spoofed email via screenshot or text, delete the email once done. Send your concern, the detailed precaution you have done (the one I suggested above) and the email header to postmaster@tpg.com.au so they can investigate this. Kind regards, Joseph D

Hi Marbell. I have a similar problem which started last Friday evening (29/5). My device is an Android V4 tablet (quite old now) using the Chrome browser to access TPGs Post Office server. I got an error message indicating a certificate error. The next morning I noticed that it had started working and it worked until midnight Saturday night. At that point, the certificate (the one on my tablet) that was being used by TPG web site expired. My resolution was to download the "COMODO RSA Certification Authority" certificate from Comodo and install it in the credential store on the tablet. That fixed the certificate error with Chrome and Post Office but it has affected the user interface a bit. I plan to upgrade Android V4 to V5 hoping that the newer certificate will come with it. This should also rectify the user interface. I still think TPG changed something because the "AddTrust External CA Root" certificate you see in your picture expired on 30/5/2020 (on my tablet). Out of interest, your mother might try using Safari browser to access www.tpg.com.au and see what happens. You should contact Apple support re the Mail application on iMac OSX. Send the screen shot. You're wanting a fix for the certificate error. That may be a Mail application upgrade or OSX upgrade or just new certificates. How old is the Mac OSX on the iMac? (The setup provided by the moderator has SSL turned off which I think means that mail is sent and received in clear text. Not what you want.)
