Voip not enabled

Connection status says voip not enabled.
Phone plugged in tp-link phone1 but no light on modem...

Didn't help.
trying to call my number results in a recorded message that says the phone number is not valid.
Is there anything that needs to happen at TPG's end to turn it on?

How about sending a PM to a different MOD ? Can you try to send a PM to @Anonymous @Ahra_G or @BasilDV? Try to log out and login and follow the steps indicated on the link I have provided.

Same. Must be something on my phone.
Tried to go to private messages via my profile and got the attached error.
Says I'm level 2 BTW.
