Third attempt: Community not sending emails

I opened this on 22nd Aug but have had no reply. There has been no reply to private messages sent to 3 moderators on weekend. This is the third attempt!

 

Has Community been changed to not send emails when a user responds to a thread that I have requested to be notified?

I responded to this thread (new thread today) but have not had any email.

Last email from Community was 30th July.

Is Community getting bounce messages for emails it tries to send to TPG usernames?

@kate_ . You made your post at 08:44. It is now 09:09 and no mail from Community in inbox or spam folders. I always tick the option to be notified by email. The mail servers used by Community have to be checked first.
