Please don't expect anything useful from TPG Chariot. They have gone missing in action, though admit they are likely to close down at some unknown date! But my inbox is now at 400% capacity and undeleteable! When will it explode? Grahame

It seems TPG Chariot webmail is going to close down completely at some unknown date? Wouldn't it be nice to know exactly when but history suggests they don't care at all about their customers since they blew it with a 502 bad gatewy error in May, And would love to get back the delete function from my 300% over-capacity inbox plus access to any and all of my sent emails. Anyone listening? Grahame

Hello BasilDV, Thanks for agreeing with us that TPG Chariot have screwed up and filled my inbox way over capacity so you can't contact me thru them. How ironic! And with no 'inbox deletion' option now no longer provided, how much over capicity will the inbox become before it self-destructs? And 'sent items' returned to us as well? No need for this to be a PM as all should know how TPG Chariot webmail is treating its TPG customers Cheers, Grahame

Look guys I am in Canada roaming on my Australian mobile so SMS or voice mail much preferred, especially due to the time difference. Or email even? However if TPG Chariot is desperate to do just talk try Canada xxxxxx around 9am Melbourne time. Cheers, Grahame

Great post! Couldn't agree more. The total indifference of TPG Chariot to these concerns is beyond arrogance. My Chariot inbox is at 230% capacity but Chariot has scrubbed the delete option.Also all my sent emails have disappeared and again they couldn't care less. Now they expect me to change my email address and advise to all those in my address book but don't assist with that either! Seriousy wondering why I pay TPG $65 pm when they won't even interact with me? Cheers, Grahame

Hi David64, I continue to receive emails at vic.chariot.net.au but the TPG Chariot inbox is now at 200% capacity because the delete function is inoperative, with no advice from Chariot as to if( or when) they will fix it. Totally unresponsive! Also Chariot have lost all my sent emails and don't seem capable of finding a remedy for that either since their '502 Bad Gateway' screw up last month Cheers, Grahame

Thanks David, So emails to Chariot gmasma@etc will not be 'absorbed' into tpg gmasma@ etc? Seems like Chariot have a lot to answer for given my inbox is seriously over capacity and all my sent emails are unobtainable, but they don't reply or offer solutions. Come on TPG, I pay you $65 pm and you own Chariot so stir them into looking after their customers! Grahame

Seems the grandiose title of TPG Community gets me no where responsewise. TPG Chariot webmail now goes kaput but TPG followers don't seem to be at all concerned! Probably this comment won't appear any where either, just like my others on this subject? TPG, the 2nd largest telecommunication outfit in Australia isn't concerned about the little guy when they now screw up following their recent "502 Bad Gateway" experience . Told due to 'out of date servers' if we can believe that. Could buy some 'up to date' ones given their strong market position? Why do I bother? Cheers, Grahame

Google says Chariot is part of TPG, and proud of it apparently? So now Chariot webmail is going kaput why can't they transfer all my Chariot info to our new address gmasma@tpg.com.au ? Like all addresses and messages currently available on my Chariot webmail site? Also I'd like to think my $65 pm to TPG would get me full response to all of the above!

You have to love Chariot webmail engineers since the '502bbad gateway' fault 5 days ago,not! I still have no 'sent mail' folder' nor a 'delete' folder so my email access is now being strangled because my 40MB allowance is nearly exceeded. And no response from service@chariot.net.au except giving me a reference Case # CS-25067. How does one stir this outfit into action while I am overseas in Canada//

Hi TPG/Chariot. Since you 'fixed' the "502 Bad Gateway" problem my 'sent mail' box has disappeared, and as with another annoyed customer , when clicking on 'Options' it just reverts to the login page and asks for my id and password. When is TPG/Chariot going to listen to its customers and solve these problems much more quickly than is the case at the moment??

Snice Chariot has finally "repaired" the 502 bad gateway fault from 3 days ago my 'folder' option is no longer amongst the headers so I cannot find my 'sent emails' anywhere. HELP!!

Lately every time I send a Chariot Webmail email and ticking the box 'save in ......)' there is no further option because 'sent' does not appear as an option?? Driving me crazy on how to save my emails on Chariot webmail Grrrr!

In these covid times with lockdown people are exchanging humourous jokes, videos, youtube articles etc to keep spirits up. Unfortunately this causes my 40MB webmail inbox limit to overflow almost daily. Surely TPG with all its $$$$ can afford to raise the allowable data limit beyond 40MB? Not much to ask for given the $60 per monthi I have been paying TPG for the NBN/phone connection for years. Customer loyaty or switching??

When I receive emails from some folk that include an apostrophe or some other symbol, Chariot webmail turns it into gobbledegook like the Euro sign for their currency or like the french "a" with a hat ! Can I please have my inbox emails delivered just in plain English alphabetical letters?
