Hi @chooky68,   We're able to perform line test to the service it shows no line fault that could affect the service however, we noticed that the modem/router has been connected to our network for 3weeks 3d 17h 34m try to reboot the modem/router for 3-5mins. Hi @chooky68,   Welcome to TPG Community!   The VoIP phone for our TPG FTTB will only work on the TPG supplied modem since we have the settings embedded to its special firmware.   We are puzzled that it was able to work using your old modem.
