We're able to confirm that the B113 is the most recent NBN Firmware and the B013 is the most recent FTTBW Firmware.

Sorry, our firmware is old, it’s B013. It seems the latest is B113... no?

How do i go about getting the firmware updated on my modem?
currenly as below

I am hoping this will fix my port forwarding issue or lack there of with this **ty modem.

Hey two part question here:
Is it possible to revert to previous versions of software?
Is there anyway to gain root access/acces to higher level access to the HG569 then currently available?
I'm currently still with TPG but in the process of cancelling my service and as such the nbn connection is not currently active (but i can reactivate if needed). The HG569 is locked to PPPoE by TPG and I need it to use IPoE which is not available through the settings on the lower level of access (default admin) TPG provides.
Can you please revert the software update to the origanal software (V100R001C21B111)?
If this is not possible then can I have the root codes for the higher access level?
