Recent issues with dropouts seem to have been fixed and connection has been stable since the last visit by the Datastream Communications techs on Friday 18-2-2022.  Speeds over the weekend and this morning seem to be getting what we paid for 200 download plan (Superfast plan). What I am wanting to know is the possibility of faster upload speed?  Hard to find information on what upload speeds should be.  A post on the TPG Community forum mentioned Ultrafast (250 plan) has upload to 50Mbps. Tried the change plan process and could see under #NBN Speeds a vague notion that on the 100 plan '...upload speeds between 1Mbps and 20Mbps'. Sick of filling this out.  Up down up down.  Reliability is an issue.  Also honest feedback to customer base of what is going on is another.  I don't mind if you f-up ... just be honest about it.  Loyalty goes both ways.   After no dropouts today and wfh logged on this evening to my personal laptop etc to find speed halved! Normal speeds are 200-250 and now 100-125 down.  Up is normal at 20-25. + 23-1-2022  about 150 - ok you win, TPG upgrade 100 > 200 $90 > $100.  Another $10 per month and lets see if I get my 200-250 consistent speeds with no dropouts back :} - note new free router on its way, I pay $10 delivery and hopefully an upgrade from Archer VR1600v + 21-1-2022  same + 20-1-2022  same     ...
