Due to TPGs toxic internal culture of bullying their neurodiverse engineers into lying to customers (that they were clearly incredibly uncomfortable and traumatised by) to support the company line that a simple technical function was "impossible" _rather_ than supply the actual support that they wanted to and knew the answers to. (You can hear someone cringing over the phone line when they know your logic is unassailable but they aren't allowed to even answer the question directly and have to just repeat a lie they've been given over and over. They were almost crying with me at the end of the call because we both knew what was happening and they desperately wanted to do the morally right thing rather than support the immoral lies that went against their neurotype and every technical bone in their body.)   TPG is guilty of discrimination against autistic people, both customers and staff, by lying to customers and by forcing staff to lie, even though it would be cheaper and _not_ illegal to just tell the truth that things _were_ possible but they categorically refused to do things they did even 2 years ago. Apps like Wi-Fi Analyser only show Wi-Fi traffic unfortunately as it's not a full spectrum analyser. I've been using it for years :-)  It's good for seeing neighbours networks and picking a different channel (assuming the neighbours don't have channel hopping enabled).  What it doesn't show is interference in from non-Wi-Fi devices in the 2.4Ghz spectrum, such s DECT phones (mine is 1.9Ghz), Bluetooth (I had fun 'killing' my wife's mouse during testing), Microwave ovens, etc.   I've never really seen a noteable performance difference before, probably because my ADSL 2+ link maxed out at 10Mb down, and less than 1Mb up.     ... Hi @mfeodoroff,    I did further test on your connection and it shows that you're apparently using too much upload which causing your slow speed issue.   Most of the time, cloud applications are causing high upload such as iCloud, Google Drive, One Drive, etc. It can also be caused by automatic system upgrade.   If you have multiple devices, you can try to leave one device connected to the internet one at a time until you figure out which device is causing the high upload traffic.    Nevertheless, if the issue persists even after isolating your devices, please let us know your best contact time and number via Private Message and we'll arrange a call from one of our technicians for you.    For your reference, please see this link on How do I private message (PM) in the community.   Cheers!   ...
