Thanks Majanzo.   Your message has reminded me we also have Arlo security cameras on the network. The base station gets an IP from our Archer router, but it has it's own wifi (and DHCP, I presume) which the cameras connect to. It is effectively a black box that I can't configure. That is the only device I can think of that might be assigning IP address which conflict.   So I have tried changing the IP address range for my Archer router to see if that removes the conflicting addresses and resulting issue. I have a similar issue with the original poster. I'm wracking my brain to see what the issue is. Just to give you a bit of a chronology.   On 11th of April, my domain hosting company mentioned that they were moving the server from sunshine.nocdirect.com to travis.nocdirect.com. They advised me to change the incoming mail settings and the SMTP for my domain to the new server. I have two domains with this hosting company.   I changed the mail settings - and then it would work the one time, then on the next attempts, it would give me a time-out error. The websites somehow would time out as well if I connect from home.   The strange thing is that when I use my mobile connection, I can retrieve the emails without any issue or connect to my two websites. If I connect to the WiFi connection, the same issue happens. I suspected that it might be the firewall / antivirus, but I don't have any of that on my phone! FYI i managed to get this working via the local network by adding the device again and using the "online" method. When I did this while connected to wifi it automatically detected the NVR (192.168.1.200) and then i just added the admin username and password. Once configured it seems to work using mobile network also.    I managed to set this up on 2 ipads, 1 desktop, 1 iphone and 1 android device. I used the same method for each device.      ... Well here is my current latency after churn - I tested 3 days ago just prior to the TPG connection going down, and had same route and latency as per first page of this thread. Perhaps if I cut out the identification of the other provider (which I suspect may be the problem - although shouldn't be) the post won't be removed?
