Forget this. If I don't hear back by tomorrow I'm going straight to the ombudsman. This is ridiculous. I've even tried cancelling my membership but I can't even get through to do that. Thankfully I have proof of the now 13 hours I've spent on hold, the length I've gone without service and this thread and proof I'm being ignored. I suggest everyone else with the same problems do the same.

Kate will soon sort this out. But as a matter of interest, when my setup was converted to FTTP, everything was OK and running smoothly but I still got several 'we can't see you' messages.
