Hi @rachidholly . Read through this. https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Modems-and-Devices/Trying-to-setup-Nighthawk-RAX70-to-NBN-HFC/m-p/136377 All the RAX models are similar. VLAN ID =2, priority=0. You can convert to a Data Only plan with no VOIP that doesn't need VLAN ID.

Hi @PeterL . You should read any reviews on this device. No mention in Community. It has a 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN port as well as 1 Gbps WAN port. I'd say it can handle the Superfast and Ultrafast speeds. FTTP removes the complication of setting VLAN ID.

Hi @rankenburg . When you move, the white NBN box stays with the house. The VX220 goes with you. It's fine on the new connection. When you move, the VX220 connects using a telephone cable between DSL port and wall socket. Comparing to my VR1600, go to Advanced, Network, DSL. Select the interface, like pppoe_ptm_2_0_d with a VID of 2. Check it has your username and password.

Hi @Ashderek If you are in a bundled NBN service, then you need to check if your device supports VLAN tagging. If it is, then configure it to VLAN ID 2 and PPPoE. If not, then you can use your device as an access point instead. BasilDV

Hi @adslwhii2 . From the description, this model has no RJ11 DSL port to connect to telephone wall socket. Your current DSL router could be put into bridge mode so the AX6000 connects to it with ethernet.

Hi @hianchan2 . Try setting the VX420 to Dynamic IP (instead of PPPoE). VX420 will get its ip address from main router. In main router, set up address reservation for the mac address of the VX420 for when you need to login to it. Connect VX420 WAN port to main router LAN port.

Hi @janicejo262 Have you checked your address through Home Wireless Broadband: https://www.tpg.com.au/home-wireless-broadband and 5G HB: https://www.tpg.com.au/5g-home-broadband? If yes, and we can't service your area, then you can go with the advise of @david64 to use a long Ethernet cable from the main modem/router going to the access point on your granny flat. Hi @Ansun01 . You were on normal NBN connection and the VPN worked ok? Having changed to 5G wireless, the VPN has never worked? 5G wireless uses CG-NAT which prevents any inbound connection from the internet. If your VPN uses this function, it won't work. It would be odd if it worked that way. You may need to find out from your work how the VPN system works.

Hi @athan @david64 is right. Aside from rebooting the modem/router or giving it a quick rest, run a full scan on your devices to make sure that they are clear from viruses.
