No Internet - NBN Blue Link LED continually flashing

Hi TPG,

I have had no Internet today (01/01/2024). I have checked for outages (there are none) and have attempted multiple restarts of both the NBN device and router with no success (this usually fixes it).

The Blue Link LED on my NBN device continuously flashes as if it is trying to connect but can't.

I am not allowed to private message on here because I do no have sufficient privileges apparently (EDIT: I'm now allowed to private message after making this first post).

Could somebody please help?
