I’m quite frustrated with the process of cancelling internet service. I have waited an hour for a customer service to attend my call. After security and authentication check, she was UNABLE to help me and that she had to divert the call to an account specialist… wth??? Then waited for a while, she came back telling me that all account specialists were busy and promised to cal me back in an hour. 3 hours later, I had not received any call from TPG. ..

Why is it so hard to cancel the god ** internet service with TPG??? It’s just a simple request!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Just to let you know and be aware of, the online form does not always work. I requested a cancellation via the form and called a few days after to confirm. I was informed that the cancellation request did not go through. Seems like there is no way to prove that you submitted the cancellation either as there is no confirmation email.
